By booking services with The Koolest Kidz LLC, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our agency policies, guidelines, and terms.
Cancellation Policy: We keep our cancellation policy simple and fair to respect both your changing schedule and our caregivers' time. Cancellations made with short notice will incur a cancellation fee to ensure our caregivers are fairly compensated for their reserved hours. When you book care with us, your agreement will detail the exact notice terms for adjusting or canceling a shift seamlessly.
Health and Illness: Health and safety are our top priorities. To protect our caregivers and other families in our village, we require immediate notification if a child or household member shows signs of a contagious illness prior to a shift. If your assigned caregiver is sick, our agency steps in right away to provide a fully vetted backup caregiver whenever possible.
Payment and Rates: Our professional services begin at $25 per hour. To secure your requested dates and reserve a dedicated caregiver, a deposit is required at the time of booking. We handle all caregiver payroll, taxes, and legal compliance directly, so your invoice is always transparent with zero hidden fees.
Professional Boundaries: Our caregivers are dedicated professionals focused entirely on providing high-quality care and household support. We maintain clear boundaries to ensure our caregivers are treated with respect, provided a safe working environment, and supported in their roles at all times.
Client Policies

Use of Information: Your information is strictly used to match your family with care providers, communicate about our services, and manage ongoing placements.
